Privacy Policy for FDR Liberated

If you require any more information or have any questions about this privacy policy, please feel free to contact QuestEon on the fdrliberated forum.

At fdrliberated.org, I consider the privacy of visitors to be extremely important. This privacy policy document describes in detail the types of personal information collected and recorded by fdrliberated.org and how I use it.

Log Files
Like many other Web sites, fdrliberated.org makes use of log files. These files merely log visitors to the site—usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting services’s analytics. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information.

IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

Forum information
fdrliberated.org also hosts a forum, which uses a database to maintain user profiles and post activity. No information is required for a user profile beyond a valid e-mail address. Information in user profiles is never shared with anyone for any reason. Users have full control over their profile information and posts, which they can create, modify or delete at any time.

Cookies and Web Beacons
To the best of my knowledge, fdrliberated.org uses no cookies or other stored information aside from that listed above. Registration for the blog (aside from the forum) is not required (or even possible). I never serve advertising, sell anything, solicit donations, contact users, or permit comments (on the blog). This site is not connected in any way to any revenue-generating operation. The fdrliberated.org blog therefore neither requires, nor collects, nor has the ability to collect any user information except for analytics as noted in the Log Files section above.

Children’s Information
I believe it is important to provide added protection for children online. I encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children to observe, participate in and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

fdrliberated.org does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes that fdrliberated.org has in its forum database the personally-identifiable information of a child under the age of 13, please contact me immediately (using the contact in the first paragraph) and I will use my best efforts to promptly remove such information from fdrliberated records.

Online Privacy Policy Only
This privacy policy applies only to my online activities and is valid for visitors to my website and regarding information shared and/or collected there.

This policy does not apply to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

Consent
By using this website, you hereby consent to this privacy policy and agree to its terms.

Update
This Privacy Policy was last updated on: Monday, July 09th, 2012.

Should I update, amend or make any changes to this privacy policy, those changes will be posted here.

Also, please consider sharing the link to my article on the FDR member suicide. I'm still wondering why not a single FDR member has acknowledged the tragic passing of a fellow member.

The article may not help anyone decide whether Stefan Molyneux's methods contributed to a member suicide, but it's required reading for anyone who believes Molyneux's methods are helpful.
